I’m going to be opening a sewing studio in the Midwest. What type of sewing class would you actually sign up for?

Examples of the top of my head:

Mending class (visible mending?)
Home decor related- ruffled pillow, curtains, etc.
Clothes - which type of clothing item?
Classic beginner items- zippered pouch, etc
Others?
