Help me find their set

So I got them from my cousin. The problem is I don't really know which set they are from. (I know that most of them are LPS) But I want to know EXACTLY from what set. The hat and tie confuse me cause they're probably not LPS and I still don't know what these toys are.

Fake or not?

I bought this shorthair at the flea market a long time ago (probably like a year) and since then it's been triggering me bc i still don't know if it's fake. I know some people know much more about fakes than me so pls let me know.
