Would love some help I’ve been spinning wheels on endless options.

I’m looking for a wireless headset, over ear
I really wanted noise suppression so I can focus and a boom mic. I see a lot of the over ear ones look bulky and heavy and make your ears sweat.
I am on calls a lot for hours and I need something comfortable.

I was looking at the jabra evolve 3 75, the evolve 3 85,jabra evolve 65 flex and then got lost with all the other thousands of brands.

My budget is 300 max
