I got AIR 6.4k in NEET PG 2026, I'm confused between MD medicine at KMC Manipal/Mangalore and DNB Medicine in Maharashtra.

I am getting more options to choose from in DNB but I don't know about the academics and clinical exposure/ graded autonomy as the years pass.

I know I'll definitely get KMC (either) and have heard of its reputation as well. Spoke to a few MD residents and they had zero complaints.

Need advice regarding MD Medicine from KMC Manipal vs Mangalore.

Or if I should save on the fees for SS and join a DNB program instead.
