as the title says , i didnt recieve any scholarship in my admission letter but i do want to be considered for it...how can i apply for scholarships? can i email the admissions team regarding that?

hey ! I recently got my offer from glasgow and i am very excited about it , watching vlogs of uni students already there makes me feel like i fs would wanna go there but when i went through the crime rate and read about the other students facing racism and discrimination , i have started getting second thoughts .I'd be really grateful if someone who's an international student or a local there can tell me the ground image of whether glasgow is what it looks like on youtube or not.
