For When You’re Double-Booked Across 3 Status Calls
I kept getting double-booked into meetings where I only needed the outcomes, not the entire conversation.
So I built a prototype:
You brief an AI agent before a meeting, and it attends instead of you.
It joins Google Meet / Zoom / Teams as a bot, follows the discussion, participates in chat when relevant, and sends you a debrief afterward.
Right now it can:
\- join scheduled meetings automatically
\- monitor discussions for topics/questions you care about
\- raise key points in chat
\- answer basic questions directed at it
\- send summaries, decisions, action items, and unanswered questions after the call
The use case I keep thinking about:
3 status calls scheduled at the same time.
You attend the important one.
The agents monitor the others.
Still rough, but functional enough to test.
Things I want to build next:
\- voice participation
\- calendar integration
\- uploaded docs/briefs for context
\- Slack/Claude/Teams integrations
\- smarter proactive participation

Would you actually use something like this?
