First-time DM leading a pack of first-time players. I'm open to all suggestions

My friends and I are starting a D&D campaign soon. However, this will be a first for them, and it will also be my first time DMing. I want to both teach my friends the game and make sure they have fun. Do you have any advice you could offer?
