Power Outage

With the current situation without power since yesterday and no indication as to when it will come back. We had our windows open through the night though it was still hot. Which got me thinking, what are all the measures you take during situations like this ? Generator? Candles? Etc? Curious to know and be better prepared next time.

2025 was a difficult year for my wife and me personally for a period of time and we managed to get out of it. One way to celebrate after this difficulty was to book our tickets to our first Stagecoach experience!

We hail from south of India, and if you don’t know, the is a small community in India that we are part off ‘Anglo Indians’. Part of being Anglo Indian is Country Music! From dawn to the early wee hours, country music echoed at our homes, functions and events. Our motto is very much the same - work hard, take care of family, and all blessings through Christ! From Alan Jackson to George Strait, from

Bellamy Brothers to Merle Haggard that’s all we know! Country is a way of life many miles away from the USA which may not be known as much. Fast forward to coming to America, realizing we have different borders but we are humans sharing the same goals and challenges in life. One overarching thing above all is the love of life and country music.

This weekend came by quickly and two souls arrived at Stagecoach to experience country music! We know how divided the world is but let me tell you everyone here showed up and were the most beautiful people, from helping us find the stages, to a random family who included us in an Uber back to the festival after the show was postponed, to the conversation with random people, every single one of you was amazing and super friendly to us! Thank you for making us feel so welcome and resonating with us in our daily challenges and hopes/aspirations for Family and Faith.

Elle Langley, Lainey Wilson, Brooks & Dun, Dan+Shay, Riley Green (a one song consolation) and many more..THANK YOU!
