Turning On Instant Replay Sets FPS To 15
Hi,
I have a Sapphire 9070XT, 7800X3D, 32GB RAM, and 750W PSU. Since I updated my adrenaline software, I've been getting a stable 15 FPS on all games when Instant Replay feature is turned on. I have never experienced something like this until now. I tested with so many combinations including changing the video encoding, recording without mic, recording both the desktop and seperate windows, borderless region capture, and so many other settings. When I turn off Instant replay, everything becomes normal.
All radeon settings except FSR are turned off, so no Radeon chill or VSYNC is affecting it. I only have one monitor plugged into my GPU.
I'd really love to hear if anybody here ran into a similar problem.

Edit: I also ran into more issues in Blender 5.1, can't even render anything. Instant crash.
I rolled back to 26.3.1 from 26.5.2. I can render now. Though haven't tested if Instant replay is fixed. I installed the minimal driver, and I'll use other video capture software for my instant replays.
