Broke College Student looking for meal ideas
So basically as the topic says. I need some budget ray peat dishes. Have been doing lean ground beed (5% to 10%) with potatoes for a while and would still do it if it wasnt for sauces being made mainly from fat (creme fraiche or other variants). I add in some fruit eggs and milk although I prefer fruit juices if only the good ones werent as expensive. My goal is to stay around 2000 kcal and since I mostly only do one meal and snacks (not very peaty but I eat it all over the day) it can be relatively calory dense as long as it is filling. Im also on a budget which is kinda an issue. I could stay on 400 grams of lean ground beef + potatoes if any of you know sauces that go along well with the diet. I will also give the carrot salad another try since it is okay if only I wasnt allergic to it.
