OSHA 30 Curriculum

Hey All!

I am an OSHA Outreach Trainer for Construction. I obtained this while working for another company that already had OSHA 10 and 30 curriculum built, so I never had to make my own as a trainer. I no longer work for that company, so I do not have access to that presentation. I need to either create an OSHA 30 curriculum/presentation, or find someone I can pay to do it (this is preferred as I work full time, am in school full time, coach two sports teams, have a kid and a dead husband, and generally do not have much free time). Do any of y'all know of a person or company the offers either a premade OSHA 30 curriculum or somebody that does freelance curriculum development for construction safety?

Best Tattoo Artist for Cover-ups

Hey all!

I have this thing on my arm, that's already had one cover up attempt and obviously did not do well, and I am at the point where I just can't stand it anymore. My regular artist, who I trusted with my life, moved to Phoenix, and I am so lost when it comes to artists in the area because I've been going to her for 15 plus years. Side note, she did not do this on my arm. It was a quick bad decision of getting a matching tattoo with my sister-in-law who I no longer talk to. That's not the reason that I am getting it covered, it's just hideous compared to my other ones.

Any artists on here that think they can cover it or make it look better, let me know I'm not opposed to keeping the design somewhat if you can fix it, but I'm also not opposed to covering it completely. If you're not an artist but you are tattooed, drop the names of your favorite place to go.

Thanks!

Hey all! I am a Site Safety and Health Officer for a government contractor currently on a US Army Corps of Engineers job on our local Air Force base. I was informed that on Tuesday I will be in charge of our new intern who is a Construction Management major. I also have a background in construction management prior to going into safety and was enrolled in the same program that he currently is, however, that was 10 years ago and I only went as far as an associates and he's going for a full bachelor's. The reason I'm reaching out to you all is because I would like to know what it is you would have wanted to know about safety that you didn't learn while attending school or in your first years of working. I asked over on the safety professionals subreddit and got some good ideas but I'd like to hear from people actively working in construction management. Thanks!

My boss informed me today that starting Tuesday, I'll be in charge of our 19 year old intern. He said he's nice enough, but he is a Construction Management major and wants to be a Superintendent. I'm not sure why he is interning in safety, but here we are. I started out as a Construction Management major in the same program, so I know his education so far has not been safety focused in the slightest. I am currently on a HVAC System remodel on a US Army Corps of Engineers job on our local Air Force Base. In addition to this, I am also very new to the company as I started in february. My boss informed me that the attitude of the intern is more he's trying to check a box for the summer and not really interested in safety, so I don't want to bore him. Also, because the buildings already built and it's just a remodel, I don't have a whole lot of safety things that I do on a daily basis, like I would if it was a new build. I don't want him getting the impression that safety doesn't do anything all day, because some of our executives already feel that way and I want to teach him Construction Safety, but I'm a nearly 40 year old woman. I'm not really sure how to relate to a 19-year-old construction management intern.

Any ideas?
