Metric Modulation Help

I need some help with which symbol to use, as a lot of information online is confusing to me regarding this.

If I want to keep the beats the same tempo as they move from 6/8 to 4/4 (i.e. each of the two beats of 6/8 being same same duration as each of the four beats in 4/4; going from say 70 dotted-crotchets per minute to 70 crotchets per minute) which of the two metric modulation markers should I use? A or B?

A - dotted-crotchet = crotchet

B - crotchet = dotted-crotchet

Thanks in advance!

Help with final notation options (composer)

Thanks to everyone who responded to my last post giving their impression on how best to notate this rhythmic passage for readability. There was a lot of feedback and multiple different options people were choosing with additional commentary as to how it could be improved. Based on this I have narrowed it down to a few different ways of doing it, while taking into account the feedback, and the suggestion that it might be easier to read if written exactly as rhythmically intended.

Please have a look through and let me know your preferences, or improvements.

Image 1: Simplified version using acciaccaturas, with additional spacing for legibility and separation of eighths to clearly show beats - second staff showing the same but with slurs

Image 2: Same as image 1 but the bass cleff stems are "correct" but may cause readability issues due to their proximity to the acciaccaturas

Image 3: Notated exactly according to intention, with B1 showing beats more clearly, but messier, with B2 showing full note length

Image 4: Same as image 3, except using a 5/2 time signature to be cleaner

All feedback appreciated!

I've been working on a composition which has a very bouncing feel during a particular section, and the best way I have found to make the score not look so cluttered is to use acciaccaturas to achieve this, rather than using a mess of 32nd and dotted 16th notes.

The base way I have done it looks a bit cluttered to me, so I thought I'd make some possible variations of notation and come to you lovely pianists to ask which one you would find easiest to read. I am also open to suggestions other than what is shown here.

Option 1: The base way I have written it

Options 2-4: Using slurs in a variety of ways to tie the acciaccaturas to their relevant notes, to try and give a clearer division of groupings

Option 5: Crossing the stave to separate the groupings

Thanks in advance!
