I am 99% sure it’s not someone’s own handwriting but I can’t find it anywhere. I’ve found some that are close but don’t match the ’h’, ‘k’, ‘r’, ‘s’, and ‘t’ all in one font.

EDIT: this is clearly a photo from a hand painted banner but as someone who also paints banners, most of the time (not always), you‘re just tracing the lettering from a projected image and then painting it instead of just painting your own handwriting. I’m pretty positive this is a font vs. the artist’s own handwriting which is why I’m asking for help identifying.
