I am fortunate enough to have offers for a grad job at a finance firm I interned at this summer or I can also take an internship next year at a another major finance firm which would mean I can also do a masters and then perhaps jump to a better opportunity?

what would you choose? Having more varied and more internship experience and a masters or interning and taking the grad job at the same company? intern pay would be 45k pro rata in Glasgow , similar to their new grad if I go down that route, or London grad job around 60k TC. I'm international btw if that makes any difference.
