Any recommendations for an attorney for persons with low budget to read through an already prepared appeal.

I applied in Nov . 2025, with PP got rfe on the 15th day . Submitted response in Feb 2026. Ban was on. After lifting the ban, rfe received on status was changed on the 31st to refund mailed. Till date it is still refund mailed. Does anyone have an idea of what is happening. 4 criteria approved, duration of contract queried as in what to do in the US. It was resolved in the RFE response.Should I refile? They said my case is still on PP. I wonder about the type of PP. Who has an experience like this? Cases filed after mine had been adjudicated. Thank you.

Has anyone that had a refund notice received adjudication for Eb1a from the 39 countries?

Has any Eb1A got approved after the PP refund?

I received a notice of the refund for the money I paid for premium processing. I would like to ask a lawyer or has anyone done so here if I can still apply for premium on that same application which I had already submitted an answer to the rfe in February 2026?

Please have anyone from the 39 countries that submitted before the ban received adjudication after the ban? I see approvals for petitions submitted in April 2026 getting adjudication by July. Is there something I am missing?
