I don’t think the birth rate going down is as big as an issue as the right makes it out to be

Just purely from the fact that there is 8 billion of us on this one small planet. I think we would be much happier as a collective if we would just accept that some people don’t want kids and those hypothetical kids would be better off not being brought into the world period. And for the people who do want kids, they can’t afford it, because the government is failing at its one job, protecting and helping the everyday person. I think the issue with so many Americans is that they think more=better. But for the most part I don’t believe that’s true. If you understand the scale of 8 billion i don’t think we would have to worry about the birth rate honestly.
