Hi everyone! We're renovating a small studio (~19m²) in Uccle, Belgium to rent short-term to students/Erasmus, and we'd love some input from people who've actually lived in these apartments.

Which setup do you think works better for a space this size?

1. Sofa bed + wardrobe + study desk (+ washing machine?)
2. Bunk bed + wardrobe + study desk (+ washing machine?)

Would a washing machine be a big plus, or is it not worth the space in such a small studio? Any other must-haves we're missing? Thanks so much for any tips!
