I'd like to set up an automation that sends an email to a segment of subscribers that signed up over 120 days ago but have an open rate of less than 10% and a verified clicks less than 1 (i.e. they've never clicked on anything).

If the email includes a link to unsubscribe and a link that says they're still interested, would them clicking on the "still interested" link automatically remove them from the segment by virtue of having clicked on the link, no longer qualifying them under the parameter mentioned above?
