It’s been a month since I joined this subreddit, and honestly I haven’t made any genuine connections so far.

I’ve chatted to a few, some conversations just fade after a few messages, and others quickly turn everything sexual. I’m not against talking about sex, but when that becomes the whole conversation it just kills the vibe.
Some people seem to be mainly looking for hookups, which is totally fine, just not really what I’m looking for.

Anyway, it’s October now. Let’s see what this month brings haha. Hopefully better luck and some genuinely nice people.
