Hi all, fairly new with wayspots and nominations. Came across this touristic train that rides around. It’s like a hop on/ off buss but looks like a train. The sign is the third stop. Would love to get some feedback regarding criteria. Thanks in advance!

My best guess is that people could argue it’s touristic and therefore temporary. Not sure.
