Is it worth it to spend my four years of life in mediocre university?

So since I graduated Senior High School, I don't really know where I want to go. So I tried the University test just like my friends. But unfortunately I failed the test and I ended up in Gap year situation.

I was in gap year for 1 years. Afterwards, I tried the test again and my goals is one of the best university in my country. When the results came out, I wasn't accepted in that University but I was accepted in a mediocre University in my country. Because I don't want to spend one more years for gap year, I gave up and became a student there.

For the first time i joined the lectures, it feels so different than what I thought about college learning Methode. It Isn't something that I usually watched in top university free course that I can watch for free on YouTube. The learning method is not that interesting, many of the lecturer seem incompetent, unlike a college life that I have been dreaming of for years.

My major is actually a subject that can be learned anywhere, either it's from internet, books, course, etc. There are even so many successful people that learn the Major I study in University independently and never touch College.

These thoughts make me thinking is it actually worth it to spend my 4 years of life as a young teenage man, and my parents tuition money just to continue this?

How's your opinion about this? Should I continue, or should I quit and learn about this independently or you guys maybe have different idea or different opinion? Please let me know. I need your advice

Sorry if it was too long and some words maybe seems weird. Because I try my best to type in English and not using Google translate.
