Recipes worth price of the book

Hi, all- We've likely shared on this in the past and thought it would be time for an update: What are the recipes that make your acquisition of that cookbook worth the printed price of the book (whether you paid that price or not?) A few of mine from Ina Garten: Smoked Salmon Deviled Eggs from How Easy is That! These are inhaled whenever I make them a few times a year; the salad dressing from her Cape Cod Salad from Back to Basics. It's become my house dressing with a few tweaks; Bittersweet Chocolate Cake from Modern Comfort Food. So much more than the some of its parts, with recipe frequently requested by non- chocolate lovers. Yours?
