Considering only 3 Munster players are in the Irish squad compared to 19 Leinster, Ulster 6 and Connacht 6 (hope all those numbers are right!) did Munster really overachieve this season?

Finishing as high as they did and getting a win against 19 Irish player Leinster to me is a good season as the squad is so weak compared to the other provinces.
