Circle and her name are alluding to the fact that the double album will be cyclical. It’s an allusion to the idea of eternal recurrence.
“Time is a flat circle”, a popular philosophical phrase meaning that history will constantly repeat itself. And it’s totally true in the real world, historically humanity has gone through phases of both Dystopia and Utopia, and will continue to constantly cycle through them!
Like how the end of Portals lead back to the beginning - Hades will lead into Elysium, and Elysium will lead back into Hades.
Just a theory, but please let me know what you think! Coming to this realisation about Circle’s name was like the craziest epiphany LOL
