What is different about solo staking versus joining a staking pool? If someone were able to put together 40,000 QRL to run a solo node would there be any unique benefits?
Is there anybody on the fence about the decision in this community? I'd be curious to hear your perspective.
Why wasn't Drakul brought up on charges under the Accords for what he did during Battle Ground and Twelve Months? Multiple witnesses from multiple Accords signatories saw him attempt to raise an undead army to either fight alongside the Fomor or to interfere with active military operations of the Accorded nations alliance. Not only that but he murdered multiple wizards. And then he came back, attempting to murder the Winter Knight, at least one Valkyrie, Lara, and some Wardens at the castle.
His personal power aside, why hasn't he been subjected to some form of sanctions under the Accords?
I've seen digital hearing protection for shooters that appear to be a set of microphones with either some kind of reverse noise gate or extreme dynamic range compression. They supposedly work pretty well for cases where sudden, brief loud noises happen regularly. But what about people who work in factory jobs or fields with constantly-droning large engines, the type of noise environments best suited to computerized active noise cancellation (ANC)?
I've done some googling on this and haven't seen anything, at any price.
Does this type of product have a specific name or does it not exist yet?
In Death Masks, Nicodemus calls Harry "little Maggie's youngest." Not "younger" but "youngest."
I know this is most likely just a quirk of the English language, but it gave me an idea:
What if Cowl is the eldest of Margaret LeFay's children? She could fill out the trio of Tom, Dick, and Harry.
See, because he's a dick.
But also, if his name is Dick and the name "Cowl" means hat or head covering, then his eventual death could be the payoff for one hell of a circumcision joke.
