Newly acquired hibiscus

Got the double red about 3 months ago and the Hollywood hot shots are recent rescues :)) I am personally in LOVEEEEE with these ladies, I’m actively learning all about these babies. The Hollywoods had a white mite infestation but they’re recovering now 😸

Friend gave me 2, 6 month old kittens and they dont want to eat

Hello, I got 2 kitties from my friend, boy and a girl, both 6 months old, 2 days ago. They are seemingly healthy, they play, they sleep, they cuddle. The problem I am having is they don’t want to eat. My friend provided me with kibble and churu sticks, bowls, litter box, etc. I’ve been trying to give them the kibble I was provided but they barely even touch it. I put a bit of water in the kibble, they still didn’t eat it. I got them wet food and they won’t eat that either. I gave them a churu and they both ate one full stick.
Then about 20 mins ago they threw up. I probably should’ve taken a picture of the throw up but I immediately cleaned it up. It was slightly foamy and brown. The boy cat had a tiny bit of watery stool. I ran the sink and they both drank a bit of water.

My question is, what do I do?? Will they be okay?? Are they just scared or sad to have left their home? I’m in between paychecks and I have $0, I was denied care credit, I don’t want them to die :( please help :(
