i want to make a page displaying some personal projects i am working on. the idea is that there are a bunch of analog horror entities (since that's my concept(ish)) and by hovering on an entity, it has a border around it and text taking you to a particular section (for example, poems, essays, etc.).

ribo.zone has a similar effect on their home page, and a few other sites i can't remember right now, and if anyone could help me, i would be much obliged!

(i did look at their source code but i can't figure it out even after...)

so yesterday i made a post about how i couldn't update my site and stuff, but i finally figured out the problem!

i noticed users from southeast asian countries are having similar problems, being unable to access their website either in parts or the whole website. i live in India, and i think the region block happened yesterday around 5:30pm IST. so according to my theory, the region block took effect from yesterday and sites have been inaccessible since.

i suggest anyone who is facing these problems to use a VPN! VPN Super Unlimited is a great app for mobile users, and Proton VPN is amazing for PC (Windows) users. unsure about Mac OS and Linux users, so please let me know if this solution works for yall too! i'm able to update and access my neocities freely now:)

title says it all. there's some sort of invisible editing limit on the neocities editor? and even if i type my code in an external code editor and paste it on neocities, i get the above mentioned message. aside from my index page, not a single thing is loading. i don't know what i'm doing wrong, if it's a localized problem or if it's a server problem, but if anyone could just tell me what's wrong, i'd appreciate it.
