I’m downsizing from a full build to an CH160 case and it’s stuck on yellow light. After a few minutes, it’ll shut off and then flickering off and on. I tried using different sticks of RAM, resetting the CMOS and unplugging all motherboard cables to no avail. All parts are taken from 2 different builds, only the AIO is brand new. Can anyone help me please?

Specs: 9800x3D, Asus B650E-I, 64g DDR5 (tried both Gskill and Viper venom), Corsair SF850, 5080 FE
