Why are there so many issues every other day on Zo Platform
Since the last post couple of weeks ago, the Zo team has been supportive. However, the number of new issues that surface on the platform every week are draining energy and patience. The team keep experimenting still without deeply testing and thinking through the full impacts. Yesterday they literally reinvented the definition and functionality of Tabs. Today there are billing issues. There have been many other issues that I have reported, which the team quickly resolves, but why do they release breaking functionality in the first place. Beats me!
I have sent them several email with screen shots and details of the issues. Not sure if the Beta version is just pushed to select few users who report issues, the team fixes it, then release to wider user base. It sure feels like that lately....
