is anyone else having issue with Miles & Cash booking? (May 2026)

I've been experiencing this issue since May 8 but one agent told me that this issue has been raised since May 4:
I book a ticket from BLQ to IAD online, the booking code is issued and payment pending on visa credit card. Days later, booking disappears because the payment never posts. This happened twice as I attempted to book through the website twice.
I also called Flying Blue numbers various times, and some agents said the payment was not completed and they attempt to have me do it over the phone. I enter the details, and then they say that the payment didn't go thru and the system isn't working. I have called maybe 10 times since Monday, and once even tried the Dutch line. Some workers said that other clients have been able to successfully make payments over the phone recently as I have tried to do (I tried 3 different types of cards) but they don't think it's my card issue, it's a system issue. What I am wondering is, if anyone has been able to successfully make a Miles cash booking since May 4, what did you do differently? I am making this booking for my Travel companion with miles on my account and it's time sensitive because he needs to reach an event
