I’m applying for the eOCI as I have recently received my British passport. How long is it taking for it to be processed digitally.

Hi all

I am a British Indian who recently got the British passport. I was planning to travel this month to India. However I am unable to apply for evisa and I wonder is it because my spouse is Pakistani? I have no other Pakistani connection.
Has anyone experienced this or managed to get evisa despite having Pakistani spouse?
