Is this flaky paper-like material in my air duct asbestos?

This duct blows right at our faces while we sleep 😬 the basement has ducts that are clearly wrapped in asbestos, but not sure about cases like this on the inside. Is there anything else it could be?

(USA MI, 1894 house, upstairs bedroom floor vent)
