WFH Workouts

Hey guys thanks for adding me. I am about six weeks into my first WFH role and I have been experimenting with different exercises I can do standing (or sitting) at my desk. I am a bit of a gym rat and love weightlifting, but I’m also at a life stage where focusing on cardiovascular health and mobility are becoming increasingly important to me. So, does anyone have any favorite exercises or stretches that they enjoy doing at their desk at home?

Additional Computer Monitors

i read that additional monitors and larger monitors are recommended for one’s wfh setup.

I have a 27” tv which I could use as a larger monitor or second monitor for my work laptop. I was also thinking about getting a regular monitor or two. What do you think?

Home office paint colors

Hello everybody! I am going to be starting my first WFH job in a few weeks. I have decided on our unused bedroom/exercise room. The only thing is, it’s still the original highlighter marker yellow that the previous homeowners had in there.

I just put my adjustable desk together in there and my eyes are yet again burning. I guess it doesn’t bother me as much when I’m on the stepper or the treadmill. I’m open to suggestions. What colors are good for a home office space?

I like earthy tones, greens, grays, lighter blues. Let me know what you’d do.
