Looking for a reliable remote support and sales agent for part-time or full-time work.

Hours: You must be available to work during 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM EST (USA).

Additional hours are available depending on performance and team needs.

Pay: $4/hour to start, plus commission

Location: Remote

What the work includes:

• Responding to customer questions and support requests
• Following up with leads by phone, text, and email
• Helping convert interested leads into paying customers
• Updating CRM and internal records accurately

What we’re looking for:

• Keeping conversations organized and documented
• Supporting day-to-day communication and sales follow-up tasks
• Strong English communication skills
• Comfortable speaking clearly on calls and voice notes
• Professional and polite written communication
• Organized and dependable
• Comfortable using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and online systems
• Able to stay focused during USA business hours
