Wurlitzer 3110 Americana Speaker/Needle Issue

Hi everyone!

New to the sub.

We received a restored Wurlitzer 3110 Americana jukebox and we absolutely love it!

We have had it about a year and a bit, but in the last 4 or so months, the sound quality has gotten pretty poor leading to us not using it.

It seems only one speaker is playing, and the speaker that is playing seems to fade in and out randomly, and will play quite muffled.

It was not like that when we got it, so I want to get it back to what it was.

I can take whatever photos are necessary, and I am quite handy with fixing things.

Any help is appreciated!

Thanks in advance!

Lender Early Renewal - Effective Rate

Hi all!

I was told by my lender that they will send Early Renewal offers about 6 months out from my term end.

Our current Term ends in December 2026, and we were 3-Year Fixed >6%, so any rate these days will be a huge improvement.

My plan is to check some competitive rates with brokers and other lenders once we receive the offer, then negotiate with our current lender on the rate they offer. However, if we renew early, it would save us about 6 months of high interest payments.

Because of the 6 months of lower payments, how would I calculate the effective "equivalent" interest rate of my provider?

For example, if I can renew at 4% 6-months early, is that equivalent to a 3.89% at Term End in December?

Our Mortgage is insured, and would have 22 of 25 years - but we were doing accelerated Bi-weekly payments. Balance is >$600k.

Any help is greatly appreciated!
