Looking for advice or potential buyers for my off-plan 2BR apartment in DLRC

I'm hoping someone here can either point me in the right direction or knows someone who might be interested in an off-plan property in Dubai Land Residence Complex (DLRC).
I'm looking to sell my 2-bedroom apartment in DLRC. It's a road-facing unit on a high floor, with the project's handover expected in Q3 2028. I purchased it on a 50/50 payment plan and have already paid 40% of the property's value.
I've had the apartment listed with two real estate agents, but unfortunately, I haven't received any enquiries or meaningful updates from either of them. At this point, I'm starting to wonder whether I need a different approach or whether someone in the community might know a genuine buyer or an agent who specializes in off-plan resales.
