Picked this up from RTI and im just trying to figure it out. The serial number is what is really confusing me. What do you all think? L is typically Longbranch but its a savage marked receiver and the barrel matches the wrist socket as well. No bolt unfortunately 😔

I picked this up this morning. Ive looked into the history of the carbines and how they came to be. But I was wondering what others could also tell me about it? Any information would be greatly appreciated!
