High-visibility reflective lane markers: why can't CT do this?

High-visibility reflective lane markers: why can't CT do this?

Driving through Southern California, it's about an hour after sunset. There's very few streetlights on this freeway, but every driver can clearly see every lane! White lines are painted with high-viz reflective paint, and there's cat's eye studs in between. I know snow plows would chew up the studs, but damn, the paint would help a LOT in CT, especially on the Merritt.

Sex, Post-Radiation. Let's talk about erections & ejaculations.

LOTS OF PENIS TALK AHEAD!

I was diagnosed with a S-IV sigmoid tumor in 2021, at the height of the pandemic. Started chemo as lockdown got into full swing, made it through with decent neuropathy and only one allergic reaction to Oxaliplatin. Then I did six weeks of daily radiation treatments. First half wasn't bad, laying on the table didn't even take three minutes (nurses always played 80s music for me, and rarely did my treatment last more than one song!). The second half is when the cumulative effects of microwaving my asshole really started to make a lot of pain when on the toilet. After chemo, rad, and surgery + temp ostomy bag & reversal, I was pretty wiped.

It was a while before I could be intimate with my wife again, but when I was, a strong erection was no longer guaranteed. In fact, it was few and far between. And I noticed a drastic reduction in volume of ejaculate. While I never came like a porn actor, I went down to literally a few drops at best. Talked to my PCP and oncologist, and it was easy to get a prescription for Viagra and later for Cialis, just to mix things up. Those work wonders for the actual erection, but I've never recovered the volume I had pre-cancer. I chalk it up to the radiation target area being so close to my prostate and testicles, it's probably like a halo effect--too much critical hardware (lol) in close proximity to where the tumor was.

Have any of your other Men dealt with sexual health side effects of radiation/chemo? Any Urologists want to weigh in, if there's a way to reverse the volume issue, or is this just the way I'm gonna be?

Family's gifted me a deep-cleaning for the ol' Grill! Anyone have recommendations for our area?

Anyone have experience with grill cleaning companies that come to your house? Who do you like and why?

I got the Costco St Louis Style baby back ribs—tips for grilling or smoking?

I was a sucker for the pre-seasoned ribs, cause the whole case was right at the front door, not back by the butcher. Do I need to do anything to them to make em better? Or just throw them on the grill, offset, and let time do its thing?
