hello! may i ask about the public transport system in taipei and outside of taipei like chiayi there?

and what’s the weather like for mid january for upper and middle parts of taiwan?

and are there vegetarian food available there?

and are there any english speaking tour from chiayi up to alishan that allows me to stay up in alishan for one night?
