Two kids on an electric citibike harassing people
I was walking in the left pedestrian lane of the loop at the top of the hill by the ball fields and two young teen boys on an electric citibike swerved into the lane right next to me. They were chaotic and almost ran into a person with a dog at the light by the water fountain.
They then rode off into a side path and I journeyed on. A minute later they came back and swerved in front of me to scare me again (the kid on the back went “bah!” ) and I sprinted after them recording. I think they were surprised I pursued them but the thrill probably encouraged them more. Bastards! Then they took off through the center road.
Of course the recording is blurry and I looked like a lunatic but f those kids and the citibike they rode in on. They’re scaring the shit out of people and dogs. Stay safe everyone.
