Water retention!

So yesterday I had 1.5 liters of oj, 1 liter of 1% milk, 3 coffees, 100 gms of rice puffs (2gm fats total) , 3 wraps of homemade shawarma without oils added and a baked potato and 2 cups of watermelon.

Now I woke up so bloated and having water retention like A LOT.

What did I do wrong? This is my first time drinking so much oj but the weather was so hot and I was outside most of the day!

Trying to dial my food intake. Any help is much appreciated!

Breakfast: white rice + 4 whole eggs and any zero fat sauce (teriyaki, ketchup) + 300 ml orange juice

Pre workout: (4 bananas or homemade granola with coconut oil and dried fruits)+ coffee with whole milk

Post workout: boiled potatoes with ketchup and steak or lean chicken breast

2hrs before bed: guava or orange juice or strawberry juice.
