Rear Bumper Issues from a slight bump?

My rear bumper feels flexible, like it's not attached to the bracket across the middle- dealer thinks someone might have bumped into it while parking- but there's only the slightest bit of chipped paint indicating this MAY have happened. Wondering if this is a common issue? Do bumpers tend to unattach themselves after little tiny impacts like this? Seems like it should be more capable of withstanding everyday impacts....

Loose rear bumper cover

Driving my 2023 Limited all-wheel-drive on the freeway tonight, and my brother-in-law was driving behind me. He called me to say he could see my bumper cover had a lot of play in it, he said it seemed to be moving around a lot. He didn’t describe it very well, but said it looked weird. So I pulled over and checked it out – it definitely wasn’t in danger of falling off, it wasn’t “loose”. But it did have a bendy quality to it, felt like it might not be anchored all the way across the back, hard to explain, but it just felt very flexible when I pulled gently on it. Does this ring a bell with any other owners? We’ve only had the car a couple of months, just not sure what to make of it. Thanks!
