Amazon Germany onboarding feels like a mess… got my application blocked after a support call

I literally dont know how amazon policy in the us works but in Germany its completely insane , i had an interview 3 months ago and they gave me a job description like to the immigration office ( took 3 months to get approved) i called the call center and i was like hey i just got approved and they were like yea your next step rn is to wait and ive been waiting for a month now although they asked me to upload my tax id , pension number , iban , etc. and i called again before 4 days and i was like hey ive been waiting for a month now no one called me and btw the system keep rejecting my permit so i told him that and i was like i think the system is robots which is fucked so he was like keep the call professional so i was like no im sorry i did not mean anything about you i meant the system is bad and he said again i told u keep the call professional ( with that fucked up accent and im not gonna mention his nationality) so i wanted to repeat my apologies so he was like when i talk you listen and dont interrupt me so i literally stayed speechless for 5 seconds then i was like WHAT ARE THE ODDS YOU STFU AND LISTEN AND TRANSFER ME TO A MANGER RN ! He literally had the audacity to hang the call on my face and he withdrew my application! And blocked me for 3 months! And i genuinely do not know what to do! Okay i might be wrong in stfu part but like wtf? As a customer service u should be more professional in the way you talk! And i dunno how such a global company as amazon let a customer service guy withdraw my application and block me without even hearing my point of view or without even checking what happened! The call was recorded and i emailed them and literally no one replied!
