Founders — what are you building right now?

Curious to know what everyone here is working on.

I’ve always found that the most interesting conversations happen when founders simply talk about what they’re building — without trying to pitch each other.

So, what are you building right now?

Could be a startup, agency, SaaS, D2C brand, local business, side project… anything.

And what’s the one biggest challenge you’re dealing with at the moment?

Would genuinely love to hear some founder stories and connect with people on a similar journey.

No pitches. Just conversations.

What’s one thing you wish you knew before starting your business?

I’ve been thinking about this lately.

When we start a business, most of us focus on getting clients, making money and growing.

But after spending years building, you realize some of the hardest lessons have nothing to do with the actual service or product.

For me, things like choosing the right people, building systems, learning when to say no, and not trying to do everything myself became much more important than I expected.

Curious about others here:
What’s one business lesson you learned the hard way that you wish someone had told you earlier?

Founder-to-Founder Conversations, Advice, and Learning

Hi everyone, I’m Mohan Singh.

I’m an entrepreneur and the founder of an IT company, where we work on technology, software, automation, and digital solutions for businesses.

I’m also interested in connecting with people who are planning to start a business or are in the early stages of building one. I know that the founder’s journey can come with plenty of questions—about choosing an idea, finding clients, building a team, managing challenges, and staying consistent.

I’d love to share my experiences, learn from others, and have genuine conversations with aspiring and early-stage founders.

If you’re working on an idea or thinking about becoming a founder, feel free to comment below and share a little about your journey. We can connect if it seems relevant.

No sales pitch—just genuine conversations, learning, and helping each other.
