And if so how do I harvest them?

It’s my second year with a garden and so far my radishes have grown better than they did last year, but still the biggest one I have gotten (in the pic) was about 1 inch. Any ideas why and how to improve??

These are supposed to be cauliflower (seeds pictured), but they look suspiciously like radish. Can anyone who has grown cauliflower help ID these?
