The brand is Costaway. It is described as a synthetic suede material that is a removable cover from the foam pieces. They were sold out of the rainbow set, and I had to settle for this grey one for my 1 year olds birthday.

Would it be safe/successful for me to dye this with Rit DyeMore to achieve a blue color? I am aware that I would have to dye it a darker blue then the grey… i’ve never dyed fabrics other than polyester blended shirts. I don’t want to damage the fabric either.

What process should I follow for dying this, if I decide to?
I want to do what would be safest for my child.
