I adopted two 9 week old brown tabby kittens from the same litter a week ago. One is very outgoing, playful and not fearful from day one. The other is scared, skittish and only hides. The woman I got them from told me this upfront as well, so it’s definitely not just due to new environment although could be part of the reason. I’m considering rehoming the skittish one or maybe contacting the girl to take him back? I just feel bad, I don’t want him to live a life under my couch or bed because he doesn’t come out. He also doesn’t like to play with his brother much, he will run and hide from him too. Is it cruel if he doesn’t fit our household and I rehome him? Should I contact the lady I got him from first?
