I've been on a rolling contract since 2020. I've given notice and quoted one month. The landlord has come back and said its now 2 months due to the new renters act from May.

However it's my understanding if your original tenancy agreement states you only need to give 1 months notice, this still applies.

From my understanding, the below clause means once the fixed term expires and turns into a rolling month, one month notice is needed.. am I correct please?
