I just opened a vial from pro rx that has bud date of 1/15/27 & noticed white stuff in bottom of vial😳 I shook it lightly & it’s bubbly - what should I do?

on GMA it was mentioned that all of the compounding Pharmacies will be forced to stop production of glp generics-
Also adding how harmful they can be since not FDA approved /
Is this true?
