Advice on appliances
Hi! We have a new tenant moving in and they asked if they can bring their own washer and dryer. We’re not really sure what to say. Our rental has new-ish washer/dryer (2021). Any thoughts? If we do let them bring their own, we could use the current ones at our own home since they’re much newer than the ones we have. But also nervous about liability if there was ever a leak or something at the rental. Thoughts?
